Use our secure checkout to complete purchasing your jewelry items. We accept most major credit cards, PayPal, or you can mail us your check* Items purchased by check will be shipped within 1- 3 days after payment has been received.

return & exchange policy

Returns.

We gladly accept returns on items, with some exclusions*. You can return items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase to receive a refund. Expedited shipping or international shipping costs will not be included in the refund amount. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

*Earrings, Custom  Fit waist beads and specialty items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges.

We only exchange goods if they were received defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at customerservice@pinkglitz.biz with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to PinkGLITZ, LLC, P. O. Box 832, Lombard, IL  60148. Upon receipt of the returned product we will fully examine it an notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
