Use our secure checkout to complete purchasing your jewelry items. We accept most major credit cards, PayPal, or you can mail us your check* Items purchased by check will be shipped within 1- 3 days after payment has been processed.

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns.

*Sale items, earrings, perfect fit waistbeads, or specialty/custom order items are non-refundable. Please note before purchasing.
 

We do our very best to provide high quality products that you will absolutely love. We want our customers to be completely delighted with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your merchandise so that we can offer a solution.  We will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price.

Return items in secure (padded) packaging and include receipt or proof of purchase. We recommend that you add tracking to your return.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund your purchase price using the original method of payment, within 3-5 business days (your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the transaction).

If 14 days or more have passed since you received your merchandise, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Note: For hygiene, safety and our customers protection, there are no returns, refunds,  or exchanges on pierced earrings, or jewelry sets that include earrings. 

EXCHANGES

If you are interested in exchanging your item(s), please return the unused merchandise within 14 days of your receiving it and we will be happy to assist you. 

Shipping charges for all returns or exchanges must be prepaid and insured by you.  We are not responsible for any loss or damage to products during return shipment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

*Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless we make an error on the item.
